I recently purchased an aftermarket Sports Chrono Clock for my Taycan and am now facing a major problem. The seller claims it's a simple plug-and-play installation, but after removing the standard dash vent, I found no compatible harness. Apparently, the harness needs to be connected to the "radio head unit," which, in my Taycan, seems to be the upper center screen.
Has anyone here attempted a similar installation or knows how to access the head unit?

I'd say forget about that clock. In my honest opinion, that was not a good decision.. It's a lot of risk for not much reward. You won't get the real deal – the drive mode selector knob and the extra performance of Sports+ mode. If you want those, you'll need the full Sports Chrono Package. I'd return that clock while you still can.

If you really have to, accessing the head unit usually requires removing the upper center screen, but it's tricky, so my advice will be to consult a professional installer or your dealership for help.
