Happy new year everyone!

I'm thinking about getting a base model Taycan, but I'm worried about how much it's going to lose value and some of the negative reviews I've read about the range.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

It depends on your commute and stuff. Are you a long rides lover? Do you need it more for city driving? In my opinion, the Taycan is good for the second.
What I have learned in this EV space is that people will never be pleased by any car's range, no matter how "brand new it is", haha!

The Taycan’s value depreciation isn’t too bad for a luxury EV, but the range can be a concern. Consider your driving habits and charging options

When it comes to value, luxury EVs usually hang onto their worth better than the regular ones, but yeah, that depends on how you plan to use it!

It's a good car, but they've had to recall it a bunch of times. It also loses value pretty fast, so I'd look for one that's used. Maybe a CPO that's a couple years old
