It’s been at the dealership for a while now due to a battery malfunction, and the service experience has been less than ideal. really frustrated with how my 2022 Taycan Sport Turismo 4S is being handled. The dealer had to wait ages for the factory to provide instructions on what to do, and in the meantime, they haven’t been able to provide me with a replacement vehicle. The importer hasn’t been any help either.

I rely on my car heavily for work, so being without it has been a real problem. The dealer keeps saying they’re out of replacement cars because so many Taycans are in for similar battery issues. The lack of customer support is what’s really disappointing. It like once they’ve sold it, the service just falls apart.

I’ve been a fan of Porsche for over 40 years, and this is making me second-guess everything. How have you managed navigating this with the dealer or Porsche directly?

It's disappointing to hear about the lack of support from the dealership and importer. Have you tried reaching out to Porsche customer service directly? They may be able to escalate the issue and provide more assistance. You could also consider posting your experience on online forums or social media to put pressure on companies to address customer issues.

I’d suggest escalating the issue to Porsche’s customer service directly. They may be able to expedite your case or offer alternatives.
