Navigation isn't finding charging stations

Hello, everyone! Has anyone had this issue with the car when the navigation isn't finding charging stations unless he uses the Hey Porche function and asks for EA charging stations?

It could be a filter issue with the navigation settings, similar to when I accidentally set mine to exclude certain chargers, you can try checking the settings and make sure all stations are visible.

Restart your car. The fuel is probably cold. Once it warms up, it should start fine.

Maybe you accidentally turned off those 150 kW chargers, or even all the fast chargers. I did that once, and I couldn't see any chargers that I knew were around.

Have you tried rebooting your infotainment?

It sounds like there's a software problem or maybe the charging station information is wrong. Try restarting the system first. If that doesn't work you'll need to take it to the dealer. They can check for software updates or fix any other problems with the navigation. You don't want to get stuck somewhere because the navigation isn't working properly.

I went through my settings. Some of the fast chargers were filtered out. The nav started showing more stations after I reset the filters.
