I’ve noticed an odd issue with my Taycan’s comfort access system. Occasionally, it seems like the trunk, bonnet, or doors unlock by themselves. I can’t be sure if it’s me accidentally pressing the key fob while it’s in my pocket or if something else is triggering it.

Does anyone know if there’s a way to view a log of when and how the car or its components were unlocked? I couldn’t find this information in the Porsche app, but I’d imagine it’s stored somewhere, maybe accessible through a dealer?

If anyone has dealt with a similar situation I’d really appreciate your input. Or maybe someone knows how to check these logs?

First, try to make sure you don't press the key fob accidentally. Then re-check the comfort access settings to see if they are configured correctly. Does it happen many times, or only once?

Hey try checking the car’s onboard settings or contacting the dealership to see if they can pull up the logs?
